This ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.Please present your e-ticket (QR Code) at the designated museum entrance for scanning upon entry.Visitors using a Student Ticket or a Child Ticket (ages 6–12) must present a valid student ID or other acceptable proof of eligibility at the admission gate for verification.
Precaution
1. This ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If the ticket remains unused within the validity period, you may apply for a refund in accordance with the refund policy provided on this website.2. Order modifications are not supported. To change the number of visitors, please request a refund and place a new order.

4. In the event of natural disasters, emergencies, or other force majeure events when the local government announces the suspension of work or during exhibition changes or when the venue is undergoing renovations, construction, or special activities, NMTH may close the museum or suspend operations in part or in full.
